Our front desk is an important role in the salon not only in customer service, and salon sales, but also in supporting and growing the service provider team. The front desk professionals are extensively trained in advanced customer service techniques as well as specific scripts to help educate clients on promotions, and products in the salon. Monthly bonuses are paid in addition to the hourly wage when certain goals are met. Must be outgoing, charismatic, and love sales.
